Joe brings over thirty years of experience training and testing OCTG inspectors, both as an employee of OCTG inspection companies and with the International Pipe Inspectors Association.  Joe has also been heavily involved with the organizations the provide standards for general industry and OCTG specific industries, The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Petroleum Institute (API) and The American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM).

 

Joe has been a ASNT Level III for over 25 years and served 6 years on the ASNT Certification Council assisting in the development and review of the ASNT certification exams. January 2016, Joe was elected to another 3 year term on the ASNT Certification Council
