Eligibility for Full Membership (Voting
Member)
Any legal entity or corporation who is actively engaged
in the non-destructive testing of oilfield tubular goods, the manufacture of
equipment used in connection with said non-destructive testing, oil companies,
drilling contractors and third party inspection companies shall be eligible for
Full Membership in this Corporation. Members from oil companies, drilling
contractors and third party inspection companies shall not be permitted to serve
on the Board of Directors.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (Non
Voting Member):
Any legal
entity not offering inspection services for hire such as:
Oil companies, threaders, OCTG Manufacturers and
Processors general suppliers of equipment and materials to full member
inspection companies; shall be eligible for an Associate Membership in this
corporation. An Associate Member shall not, however be a voting
Member.
